How do I make an online booking?

Follow these four steps to make an online reservation of your holiday home:

Step 1
Select your favourite holiday home. Search is possible in several ways:

  • With ‘Search and book’
  • With ‘Search a rental office’
  • With ‘Our Seaside resorts’

Step 2
You get a list of holiday homes that meet your selected search criteria. Narrow the results by means of the criteria on the left of your screen. For more information about a particular holiday home, click on ‘More Info’. You will then see the details.

Step 3
Found the ideal holiday home? Click ‘Show prices and availability’ and select the desired period of stay. Next, click ‘Book’

Step 4
Please fill out the form completely and correctly, agree to the terms and conditions and click 'Submit'.

How do I know that my online booking was successful?

Once you have sent the completed booking form, you will receive online and email confirmation. It will show your booking number. We recommend printing and saving this page. You did not receive the confirmation? Please contact our Helpdesk via email: info@seasiderentals.be. Following confirmation from Seaside Rentals, you will receive a second confirmation from the rental office with more details. Seaside Rentals acts only as an intermediary. All further information and processing is taken care of by the rental office.

I have booked a holiday home but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check the inbox and spam/junkmail of the email address specified in the booking form. Can’t find an email? Please contact our Helpdesk with your booking number. Email us at: info@seasiderentals.be.

Can I always book online?

If there is availability, you can basically always book online, even if the arrival date is in the near future. For an efficient service, we kindly ask to take into account the opening hours of the rental office, Seaside Rentals acts only as an intermediary. This way the rental office can provide you with all the necessary information for a pleasant stay.

How far in advance can I book?

The calender indicates when each holiday home can be booked. Most holiday homes can be booked only for the current year. Would you like to make a booking for a period of stay further in the future? Click on the link below the booking periods 'I want to book for a different period' and send the completed form to the rental office.
